Embodiment is the practice of listening to your own body’s wisdom through sensation and awareness. We aren’t just creating shapes and achieving poses; we are experiencing ourselves through breath, movement, and stillness.
Samantha has been practicing yoga since 2013 and teaching since 2018. Her journey began with Bikram yoga and has expanded to include Hatha, Vinyasa, Kundalini, and Ashtanga yoga. She has completed over 500 hours of teacher training in areas including trauma-informed yoga, anatomy, meditation, philosophy, and alignment.
Her classes focus on helping students feel grounded, present, and connected to their breath and body. Through mindful movement, Samantha creates a supportive space where students can build strength, awareness, and a deeper connection to themselves.
Tyler has been learning music since he started the trumpet in 6th grade, this has evolved to the sound bowls, chimes, digeridoo, and many others. His work with sounds and frequencies permeates the reality around him and will have you leave better than you came.

What is Highly Embodied Yoga?
Highly Embodied Yoga is an invitation to come home to yourself. Rather than striving for the “perfect” pose, these classes emphasize breath, awareness, and curiosity. You’ll be encouraged to move in ways that honor your unique body, building strength, stability, and confidence from the inside out. Whether you’re new to yoga or have years of experience, each class offers space to slow down, reconnect, and trust your own experience.
Many classes end with a sound bath during final relaxation. As you rest, the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other instruments create a calming soundscape that supports deep relaxation and nervous system regulation. Combined with mindful movement and breath, this restorative experience helps quiet the mind, release tension, and leave you feeling grounded, relaxed, and renewed.
